Our comprehensive Physical & Health Education program blends theory and practice, helping students develop lifelong fitness habits, a deep understanding of health and wellness, and the skills to excel in physical activities. Through live online coaching, interactive coursework, and locally scheduled practice sessions, students receive a well-rounded and engaging PE and athletics experience tailored to their individual goals.
